Jennifer Ann Miller, a 38-year-old resident of Colliers, West Virginia, received a federal prison sentence for her involvement in methamphetamine trafficking. The sentencing took place in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Court documents reveal that Miller, also known as “Jennifer Reagan” and “Jenn,” engaged in multiple methamphetamine sales throughout 2022. On July 12 of that year, law enforcement officers discovered approximately 361 grams of methamphetamine during a traffic stop involving Miller. She admitted guilt to the charges.

While on pretrial release, Miller continued her illegal activities. On June 4, 2024, a grand jury indicted her on four counts related to methamphetamine distribution. She pleaded guilty to one count as part of an agreement where the government dismissed the other charges.

Miller was sentenced to serve 78 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and an additional 33 months for distribution. These sentences will run concurrently, resulting in a total of 78 months behind bars. After completing her prison term, she will be subject to three years of supervised release.

The prosecution was led by Assistant U.S. Attorney Carly Nogay. The case was investigated by the Hancock-Brooke-Weirton Drug Task Force and the Ohio Valley Drug Task Force—both funded by HIDTA—and the Weirton Police Department.

U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey presided over the proceedings.
