Jacob Paul Wilson, a 28-year-old resident of Harmon, West Virginia, has admitted to distributing over five grams of methamphetamine. Court documents reveal that Wilson was selling the drug from his home in Randolph County.

Wilson faces a potential sentence ranging from a minimum of five years to a maximum of forty years in federal prison. The final sentence will be determined by a federal district court judge, who will consider the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Steven Warner on behalf of the government. The investigation was conducted by the Mountain Region Drug Task Force, which is funded by HIDTA.
