The case dates back to May 3, 2023, when law enforcement arrested Baird on an outstanding warrant in Michigan. During the arrest, officers discovered approximately 56 grams of fentanyl and 14 grams of methamphetamine in his possession. Baird admitted that he intended to deliver these substances to another individual.
